I was having an issue with a shifter, dropped my bike off and had a diagnosis done in a few minutes. They order the part and had done in a very timely fashion. Excellent service and knowledgeable techs. I will be doing my business with them from here on out!
Had a great experience at Cycology. Carried my bike there to have all new cable housings installed and they were more than happy to install the housings I provided. Mike noticed my hood placements on my bike and suggested a little tweaking to help my position and he was 100% correct. Very informative salesperson without being pushy. Excellent quality bicycles at a great price. If you are looking for a throw away bike, go to Walmart. If you are looking for a serious bike, that will last for years, go see these guys. You'll be glad you did.
