New manager's and new staff not friendly nor welcoming. This location they don't answer the phone. The only reason we use this location because it's the closest to our home.
The initial customer service from Mr. Serrette was wonderful. However as the weeks past, customer service became very vague. I purchased a vehicle from sales. I left the rental with the sales department (by request of sales staff). My account was left open for over a week with deposit still pending. I visit the rental location several days after the purchase with concerns of an open ticket and returned deposit. Staff was friendly, but not helpful. I call corporate 2 days later because the rental location never resolved the concern. Overall, staff is friendly but could be more due-diligent with customer problem-solving.
I rerun my vehicle on a Monday and it was packed. Not a good time to go on Monday mornings. I gave them 4 stars because Management handled my frustration with patience and professionalism.
We will always rent from “Our” Enterprise!!
We had the best experience ever this time at our Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They had to upgrade us to another vehicle because they didn’t have what we had asked for in our reservation.
My initial experience was disappointment. They did not have my reservation ready and there were no cars available. I ended up with the least likely vehicle; a Minivan. Management did compensate me with transaction. But I would have appreciated a phone call ahead of time to tell me of their situation of not having my selected vehicle available. Also, it was at least 30 mind late.
The people at this location are very nice and personable. I needed a rental car due to an accident I was in. I made a reservation online before coming to the location and received a call the day before so that they could get more information to make sure my visit would go smoothly. I appreciate that. When I arrived, the staff expressed sympathy when I explained my situation about being in an accident. The car I was provided was fine. I made efforts to turn in the car 1 day before my expected rental length, but just missed arriving before their close time. There were staff who were outside and one directed me to the key drop box. I explained I was trying to turn in the car 1 day early, and he said he would see what he could do about adjusting my final bill. Apparently, he was able to, because when I received the final bill, it was reduced to reflect that I turned it in a day early. My husband and I love their service. We have used them before and will continue to do so as the need arises. :)
