My wife and I have tried many churches around Paulding county in the past few months, and we made our way to this church one Sunday. We haven't visited any other churches since. This church is extremely welcoming. You'll see a lot of smiling faces (you can tell this church is united as a family of Christ followers) and you'll hear a lot about Jesus from His Holy word. Every pastor I've listened to here including Joe Holcomb have been great. We are enjoying Sunday school as well. There are many ministries and outreach programs and missions here, including a jail ministry and celebrate recovery. They have a nursery and children's church as well. I'd recommend visiting Hiram First Baptist to anyone and everyone who is looking for a place to be spiritually fed and learn about Jesus. You'll feel welcomed when you get there and grateful for the experience when you go home.
It was my first time attending but I really enjoyed the fellowship and I had a great time and felt very welcomed, I'm glad that I went. Everyone was really nice and friendly, it was an awesome experience.
This is a very Spirit filled church with a wonderful God fearing pastor! Friendly too!
