Quick story: I was a bridesmaid for a friend and her wedding was for August 12th. I had just had my baby on June 24th and I had no time to even go out and get the dress to an alterations place. I really had never needed to take anything to get alterations in my life- so I didn't know that you had to take your garment way in advance. I thought you can just roll up and get it done next day. Anyways, so I get to Pat's apparel alterations place to see if they can do it a week from the wedding date. One of ladies (forgot her name) said that they couldn't do it for the time because of the day it fell on for alterations. However, the other lady (also forgot her name) said it would be fine and that they would go ahead and do it. I was so grateful! I was able to pick up the dress the day before the wedding and the work was professionally done - given the fact that I didn't give them much time to work on it. I also liked that it was a reasonable price and I didn't pay an arm and a leg to get the dressed altered.
Pat is so sweet and wonderful! One of her receptionists accidentally booked my bridal alterations appointment after their normal hours. We showed up right as they were locking the doors but Pat took us anyways and gave us her full time and attention. The dress was ready a few weeks later and would have been available sooner but we just couldn't get there any sooner. Prices were reasonable and the store is lovely.
I know the review was pretty long but when I get great customer service I have to make it known- not a lot of places now a days provide great service. I highly recommend this place for alterations and for formal wear (I saw a lot of cute dresses for prom and weddings..etc)
Fantastic work. Pat has taken care and done alterations on my prom dress, pageant dress, 2 formal event gowns, a bridesmaid dress, and my wedding dress. She does a wonderful job, is helpful and knowledgeable.

She is personable and accomodating EVERY TIME!....and we always work together to get the end result. She is welcoming to ALL people regardless of color, creed, or race.
