Paul was awesome. He was able to cut and program my key for my 2015 F-150 in just a few minutes. Looking for a Automotive locksmith was a job in itself as most were shady to say the least and won't give you price until they get onsite. When asked about what company they work for or where their office is, they couldn't give me an answer. This wasn't the case for Lost Mountain Locksmith, I will definitely use them again.
Paul was so professional, quick, and genuine. My husband and I returned home from traveling abroad and we were locked out of the house at 3am. We called several "24 hour" locksmiths around this general area and none of them answered. We eventually gave up for the night and slept in our tent, and tried again at 7am. When a couple of them finally answered they were not professional at all. One guy even got upset with us when we said we wanted to call around and compare prices (because we know so many business will gouge people for these things). When we called Paul, he answered right away and sounded very trustworthy from the moment we spoke with him on the phone. His prices were very reasonable and honest. We highly recommend him!
Amazing service from Paul. I needed a key made for my Hyundai Genesis coupe it was 2 in the morning I couldn't sleep because I lost my keys and it was the day before thanksgiving I was starting to freak out but that one call to Paul changed everything.
