Don't Go Drive Through. Have tried several times to use the drive through over the past month. 30 to 45 minute wait each time. No problems with any of the other businesses in the area. If you can't keep the entrees filled then you need a new manager
Started off great when it opened, like really really good. Over the years, it's greatly declined. A lot of food items offered at other Panda Expresses in the area are not offered here. Wait is awful. And much like Pollo Tropical further down the road, you sometimes get moronic wait times at night where they ask you if you'd be willing to wait 45min-1hr to wait for one food item. You're Fast Food. No one should be waiting longer than at a sit in restaurant!
Wasn't clean. Me and others had to clean the tables off. No sweet tea was made. Service in the line was slow.
We ordered our food and hour and a half prior, we prepaid and the teriyaki chicken wasn't ready by the time we got there, it took an additional 10 minutes just to get our food. They were also planning on giving us food that was sitting out for over 30 minutes. At one point I asked to do a different meat since it was taking so long and they said they'd charge extra. I do not recommend this location, terrible service.
There is ALWAYS a wait at this location. I recently ordered 2 meals with chow mein, was told it would be 15 minutes. Waited 20 and got fried rice with both instead. If you make customers wait that long, the order should be correct.
