They're clean and respectful. Since everyone's taste is different, if the service isn't going as expected, it's your obligation and right as a consumer to speak up. If not, you can't blame the provider, right? Again, I love the place, people, and culture they promote within. A+ from me. Can't wait to visit there tomorrow.

This place was a good place to get a massage. Was not the best massage I've had but enjoyable. The biggest problem I had was their prices. We're almost the same you can go to a top-notch spa.

I would never recommend this place! My hubby and I l there for reflexology and where talked into a couples massage only because they could not understand what we where saying. Next while having the massage the woman giving my husband his massage was moaning!! The guy was digging in my ears literally his fingers inside my ears! He pulled my hair and he was clawing at my head with his fingers that hurt!!! Whole thing was weird and inappropriate. I didn't say anything because I'm a survivor of sexual abuse and was frozen! I was so uncomfortable I cried after! My husband said she was holding his leg up so his private parts where exposed. My husband was kept on his stomach the entire time and couldn't see my face so he did not realize how uncomfortable I was. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I've been here many times and love it. The only language barrier "problem" is they speak English with an accent (but I'm like... and?). My response to others when they see this as a "problem" is - "Well how many languages do you speak? LOL"
