Front desk employee is very pleasant. Provided information on local entertainment locations. AMC Theatre is within 2 minutes walking distance. Multiple dining locations & banks withing 5 minutes driving distance. Suite is very clean, stayed on third floor overlooking a beautiful view. Microwave, fridge, TV, large bed very accommodating. Recommend staying at Sleep Inn & Suites.
I use these guys for about 200 guests a year and they are fantastic! My corporate guests are from all over the world and the Front Desk team is always able to help them (normally in their native language) and make them feel special. I can rest easy knowing my corporate guests are in such good hands and that if they need anything. Sleep Inn is going to give me a call ASAP and let me know. I can't say enough great things about this team other than they are a pleasure and a joy to work with and I always look forward to calling and booking rooms. I hope everyone can stay at this location or at least can get the chance to work with this amazing team.
I stayed here one night. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have given them a better rating, but their handling of an error they created, has me concerned. They charged me twice, for the same amount. I only noticed it after I saw my statement. I called and the manager first tried to claim that I booked 2 rooms on the same night. I insisted that I was alone and the charges on my statement were for 2 consecutive days. There was no reason for a solo individual to get 2 rooms. After a while, she then said it was an error and they would correct it immediately. A week later, I have still not been reimbursed. Be careful staying here. I do not believe they are very earnest people.
I stayed for a week at the Hiram location due to being between places and I was very happy. The staff was very helpful and understanding.
Decent room but absolutely worst breakfast ever! Only eggs that were so dried out they were stuck to the pan and biscuits that were hard as a rock with some watery gravy on the sides. The lady fixing the food was standing in the dining room watching tv and never said a word. Id be ashamed too if I was her
