Went inside to buy a camera, my husband and I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to be helped finally an employee asked if we needed help and we said yes, to which he walked off and we waited another 10 minutes before deciding to leave. I guess I'll just have to order a camera from online even though I had wanted to talk to someone who knew more about cameras. I'm so mad I'm writing this review right after leaving the store. There were so many employees just walking around talking to each other but would run the other way because they obviously didn't want to do their job. I do not recommend this location.
Buying an appliance from best buy is not a great idea. I didn't know what a hassle or how long it would take to get a refrigerator installed... I have had my old and new refrigerator in my kitchen for a week now and they still can figure it out have talked to them six times and hear different answers they have been here twice and still not installed! Wanted to have a get together this weekend but cannot with two refrigerators in my kitchen! Might have to just return the new one and go somewhere else. So frustrated!!!
There is one huge reason to visit this store, good old customer service from a young person. His name is Joshua. It is very rare to find a young person that actually has social skills anymore. Big smile very helpful and doesn't make you feel like you are bothering him. Five stars for Joshua.
Yeah good luck. Try Amazon and eBay first. This place should be your last option, these people are idiots. And don't go in there looking for something that the website told you was there cuz the clowns in the blue shirt ain't going to try to find it for you. Ass clowns, all of em.
trying to buy a phone and no one come to attend us standing by the Samsung phones about 40 minutes and never get any help walk out of the door and ask about manager and he toll me to wait he was busy. used to be the place were I always get all my electric devise from tv to a refrigerator or smart phone or laptop
