Went in to purchase a new tank for my machine and was sold a completely incompatible tank which did not work and it shut my box down. I then purchased a new one so that I didn't have to resort back to smoking cigarettes only to find out that my old one was fine with the old tank installed. They would not refund either item or discount my new box. I understand that most businesses have no returns on electrical items, but I relied on the salesmans expertise to find me the right tank and was sold something incompatible. I'm sure nothing will be done about this situation judging by how they've handled it thus far. I'll be using Xhale city from now on until they eventually buy you guys too.
